ABOUT LAUREN

Dr. Lauren is a Chiropractor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).  She is also certified as a Cranosacral Therapist (CST) and an Infant Sleep Specialist.  Her passion for education and support in areas of development, feeding and attachment stemmed from having her daughter in 2017. 

She started on a long journey into the world of infant sleep, development, attachment, and breastfeeding. She felt she needed to keep learning and researching until she found a way to change the modern behavioural scripts of how parenting and sleep are "supposed" to go, so that she could help educate others and create a village of like-minded families to share with.
