ABOUT LAUREN

After completing an honours degree in psychology at Dalhousie University and working in clinical research, Lauren found her true passion in hands-on healthcare. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2015 with academic and clinical honours, focusing on the care of pregnant and pediatric patients.

Following the birth of her daughter in 2017, Lauren expanded her expertise by becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Craniosacral Therapist (CST), and infant sleep specialist. In 2023, she integrated her skills in bodywork and lactation to create a holistic approach to infant feeding and family wellness.
