Service Description

This appointment is for infants up to 12 months of age. Dr. Lauren will provide a detailed history, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment based on findings. Please contact Dr. Lauren at laurenjwellness@gmail.com for older Paediatric inquiries, and if you require the addition of lactation services as a part of this visit. *Please email laurenjwellness@gmail.com for additional appointment times. A mileage fee of $0.75c will be added if outside the local area.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
