Service Description

This service is booked prior to baby's arrival at any point in your pregnancy, and includes the following: - 1 hour of 1:1 time with Dr. Lauren - A detailed health history - Learn hand expression techniques - Colostrum collection (if appropriate) - Discuss positioning, latch and the first hour after birth - Measurement for proper flange fitting - Pump use - Bottles/Pacifiers - Understanding hunger cues - How often to feed your baby - How milk is produced and how to optimize production - Common difficulties and how to manage - Answers to all of your breastfeeding questions as you prepare to welcome your little one *Please email laurenjwellness@gmail.com for additional appointment times, or to book this service in-person.
